What Stem:Ample is
Stem:Ample is an AI music prompt generator that helps you shape musical ideas, genre, and structure into prompts for AI music platforms (Suno, Udio, and similar tools), and helps you generate or organize audio stems. We are not affiliated with any third-party AI music platform and are not responsible for their output, pricing, terms of use, or copyright/licensing terms.
Your responsibility
The prompts and creative direction you create in Stem:Ample reflect your own creative input. If you later use MHAIX to certify human authorship of a resulting track, you are responsible for accurately representing what was generated by AI versus what you personally directed, wrote, or performed.
What we store
Your saved musical ideas, prompt history, genre/style selections, and any audio stems you generate or upload are stored to your account if you choose to save them, or locally if you choose local-only storage.
Your content
You own everything you create with Stem:Ample. Prompts, Sessions, Blueprints, Loop:Seeds, and Stem:Codes you generate are yours to use however you want, including commercially.
Our content
The Stem:Ample brand, design, code, and the structure of the card system are owned by Veridem Holdings Inc. You can use the app freely under these terms but you can't copy or rebrand the product itself.
Acceptable use
- Don't try to abuse the AI features, evade rate limits, or attack the service.
- Don't use Stem:Ample to generate content that's illegal where you live.
- Don't impersonate Veridem or pretend Stem:Ample endorses your output.
No warranty
Stem:Ample is provided "as is." We make no warranty regarding the output of any third-party AI music platform you use with prompts generated here, or that the service will be available, accurate, or fit any particular purpose. Back up your Locker often.
Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Veridem Holdings Inc. isn't liable for indirect or consequential damages from using Stem:Ample.
Changes
We may update these Terms as Stem:Ample evolves. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
