Veridem Holdings Inc. ("Veridem," "we," "us," or "our") operates the Veridem creative suite, including Stem:Ample, Re:Writ, Compose:EP, MHAIX, MHAIX·V, and Rendered Sound (each, a "Product"). This Privacy Notice explains how we collect, use, share, and protect your information when you visit our websites, sign up for our waitlists, or use our Products.

We keep your information only as long as needed for the purposes described in this notice. Waitlist email addresses are retained until you ask us to remove them, or until you've been part of the relevant Product for at least 12 months after launch, whichever comes first. Technical logs are typically retained for 90 days.

We use commercially reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, including encryption in transit, restricted access, and secure cloud infrastructure. No internet transmission or storage is 100% secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.

International transfers

We are based in the United States. If you access our Products from outside the U.S., your information may be transferred to, processed in, and stored in the U.S. or other countries where our service providers operate. By using our Products, you consent to these transfers.

Changes to this notice

We may update this Privacy Notice from time to time. If we make material changes, we'll notify you by email (if we have your address) or by posting a notice on our websites. Continued use of our Products after a change means you accept the updated notice.
