Privacy Policy

Stem:Ample is made by Veridem Holdings Inc., a Delaware C-Corporation. Questions about this policy or your data: hello@getveridem.com.

Guests can build prompts in Session, use Loop:Seed, and keep Blueprints, history, and favorites. All of this is saved in your browser's storage on your device — it does not reach our servers. Clearing your browser's site data for stemample.com, or switching devices, removes it. You can save a copy anytime with the Locker's JSON export. AI features, Stem:Code decodes, cloud sync, and Master:Ready require an account.

Songs and stems you load into Master:Ready are analyzed and processed inside your own browser. They are not uploaded unless you press "Save to account." Stem:Code does not take audio at all — it works from the artist, title, album, and genre you type in.

When you use an AI feature — the AI Refresher and AI Suggest, Stem:Code decodes, and the Master:Ready Repair Advisor — the relevant content is sent through our AI gateway provider (Lovable) to a Google Gemini model to generate the reply. That content can include your card choices and prompt text, the song details you typed into Stem:Code, or the audio measurements (numbers, not the audio itself) from Master:Ready. We don't save your AI requests or replies on our servers beyond the results you choose to keep in your history. The AI providers process requests under their own terms and may keep operational logs for a limited time; we don't control those periods. The regular (non-AI) prompt builder runs entirely in your browser.

Payments for Pro ($8.99/month) and the Boost Pack (10 AI credits, one-time) are handled by Stripe. Your card details go directly to Stripe — we never see or store them. We keep only your Stripe customer and subscription IDs, your plan status, renewal date, and credit balance, so we know what you've paid for. Stripe keeps its own payment records under its privacy policy.

We rely on a small number of service providers: Lovable (hosting, database, sign-in, and AI gateway), Google (Gemini AI models, and Google sign-in if you use it), Apple (Sign in with Apple if you use it), Stripe (payments), Plausible and Cloudflare (visit analytics). They receive only what they need to provide their service.

Stem:Ample does not write to the Veridem Authorship Registry. Blueprints carry only a private fingerprint-style code (a SHA-256 hash) that is kept with your Blueprint and is not published anywhere. If you later certify a song through MHAIX, that product's Registry rules apply: certificate IDs are publicly verifiable, and the full record only unlocks with the certificate's private token or QR code. We keep your account data for as long as you have an account. We don't currently delete it automatically after a set period. Guest data lives only in your browser and is gone when you clear it.

Signed-in users can delete their account from the app. This permanently deletes your login, your synced work, your Blueprint details, your AI usage counts, and your plan records from our database. Deleting your account removes your data, with one exception: saved mastered audio files are not automatically deleted. To have these removed, email us at hello@getveridem.com. Stem:Ample never sends anything to the Registry, so nothing is kept there. Work saved only in your browser is not affected — clear your browser data to remove it. Stripe keeps its own payment records as required by law. Cancel any active Pro subscription before deleting so you aren't billed again.

You can ask for a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion by emailing hello@getveridem.com. You can also export your work yourself anytime using the Locker.

Stem:Ample is intended for people 18 or older. It is not directed to children, and we don't knowingly allow them to create accounts. If a minor uses Stem:Ample, it should be through an account opened and controlled by a parent or guardian, as described in our Terms. If you believe a child has given us information, contact hello@getveridem.com and we'll delete it.

If we change this policy, we'll update the date above. For important changes, we'll post a notice on the site before they take effect.
