What we collect

We collect your account information (if you sync to the cloud), your saved musical ideas, genre and subgenre selections, prompt history, and any audio files you upload or generate within the app.

Why we collect it

We collect this information to provide the music generation and organization features of Stem:Ample and to let you sync your work across devices if you choose. We do not sell this information, and we do not use it for advertising.

Local vs. cloud storage

Stem:Ample lets you choose to work locally (data stays on your device) or sync to the cloud for cross-device access. On the Free tier, your sessions, favorites, history, and Blueprints live in your browser's localStorage, and the Locker (JSON export/import) is the save and portability system. Cloud sync requires creating an account; only data you choose to sync ever touches our servers.

Storage and security

Cloud-synced data is stored in a secured database tied to your authenticated account and scoped to that account only (row-level security enforced at the database).

Your rights

You can request a copy of the data we hold about you, or ask us to delete it, by emailing hello@getveridem.com. On the Free tier, clearing your browser's site data for stemample.com removes everything stored locally.

AI features

When you trigger an AI feature (AI Refresher, Loop:Seed AI assist, Stem:Code AI decode), the relevant card values are sent to our AI gateway provider to generate a response. We don't store these requests.

Cookies

We use only minimal technical cookies (and localStorage) necessary for the app to function. No tracking cookies, no analytics scripts, no third-party trackers.

Changes

We may update this policy as Stem:Ample grows. Material changes will be announced on the site before they take effect.
