Accessibility Statement

Our goal
Veridem Holdings Inc. wants Stem:Ample to be usable by everyone, including people with disabilities. We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. We have not been independently audited, and we don't claim full compliance.
How we tested
- Tool: axe-core 4.10.2, WCAG 2.0/2.1 Level A and AA rules, run in a Chromium browser.
- Date: September 29, 2026.
- Screen sizes: desktop (1280px wide) and phone (390px wide).
- Pages tested: Home, Session, Loop:Seed, Blueprints, Stem:Code, Master:Ready, Locker, Pricing, Help, Glossary, By Genre, Contact, Privacy, Terms, Accessibility, and Sign in — as they appear to a visitor who is not signed in.
- Signed-in screens (September 30, 2026): Stem:Code with real decode results showing, and the unlocked Master:Ready console with a song loaded and its audit report, cleanup sliders, and meters showing.
What we found and fixed
- The Stem:Ample logo text wasn't announced correctly to screen readers — fixed.
- The Vibe Selector dial used an incorrect control type — it's now a proper slider you can also turn with the arrow keys.
- Some small gray and gold labels had slightly too little contrast — brightened.
- A list on the By Genre page was structured incorrectly for screen readers — fixed.
- Master:Ready's cleanup sliders, level meters, and Blueprint dropdown had no names for screen readers — fixed.
- Stem:Code's result checkboxes had no names, its prompt preview boxes couldn't be scrolled by keyboard, and the "Save to Locker" button was too dim — fixed.
Other features
- Buttons and controls have names that screen readers can read.
- If your device is set to "reduce motion," the animated sign-in background and other decorative animations are turned off.
- Help guides collapse on phones so pages are easier to scan.
Known limitations
- Automated tools catch only part of accessibility problems. We have not yet tested with people who use assistive technology.
- Some signed-in states were not included in the automated test: Master:Ready's stem-mix mode, the screens after rendering a preview or exporting, the Repair Advisor's answer, and account settings.
- Master:Ready's waveforms and audio meters are visual. We describe findings in text, but the graphics themselves aren't fully available to screen readers.
- Some drag-to-adjust controls may be harder to use by keyboard alone.
